On behalf of the Organizing Committee, National Defense Medical Center (NDMC), and its integrated teaching hospital, Tri-Service General Hospital (TSGH), we are delighted to welcome you for attending the “2016 International Symposium on Medical Education” which will be held on October 08, 2016 in Taipei, the capital city of Taiwan.
This year's symposium theme, “Curriculum Innovations in Clinical Education” will focus on innovative curriculum reform for improving efficiency and quality of clinical teaching in a busy hospital around the clock.
It's a great honor and pleasure to invite Professor Keijiro Saku, Professor Mary Y. Lee, and Professor Keiichi Akita as our Keynote Speakers to share their rich experiences of the Universities of Fukuoka, Tufts, and TMDU, respectively. We also express our sincere thanks to Professor Ping-Cheng Yeh, Dr. Hsien-Ming Wu, and Dr. Go-Shine Huang for their generous contributions to deliver the afternoon Special Lectures. Finally, we do believe that all participants in the panel discussion would like to be keen on making this program as fruitful as possible.
The last mile of clerkship and internship is the first mile of medical practice. Let's catch up with the great masters to refresh training courses and inspire teaching skills. We hope more aspiring doctors could also become an attractive trainer in the near future.
